Cancelling Orders
Datex gives users the capability of cancelling their own orders if needed.
From the Home screen:
- Navigate to the "All Queries" screen
- Click the "Cancel Order" button
- Select the desired order to be cancelled. Then click the "Cancel Order" order button.
Note: you can only cancel orders that are in the "Created" or "Wait" status.
Once orders have been processed, you will not be able to cancel them; a new order would need to be created with the updated item, address, etc.
