Standard Packslip
Orbit's standard packslip is configured to print for all small parcel shipments.
Our packslips are printed on a 4" x 6" label that is adhered to the package being shipped; note that it is not printed on paper and is not placed inside the package.
Below is an image of the standard label.
- In the top left corner, is the customer information (i.e., your label will have your company's information here).
- The ship-to and order information is copied directly from the order in our system
- In the "Item / Description" section, the line items ordered, the quantity, and unit of measure will be listed.
Modifying the Packslip
Updates can be made to the packslip by ticket request. Please note that these updates will be made by the third-party WMS provider and that their time is billable.
Prior to initiating changes, Orbit will work with you to develop an estimated level of effort and price for the changes.
Lead times to complete changes are based on the WMS provider's schedule.
