Why Email?
Orbit Fulfillment uses Zendesk (https://www.zendesk.com/) as our back-office customer support platform. Each time a customer, vendor, or shipper emails our team, a unique ticket is created in our system and then it is assigned an owner. From there, other members of the team can check on the ticket status and ensure that you are getting the timely response you need. Communicating via Zendesk also ensures that we don't "miss" anything during a phone conversation.
Is there a "customer facing side" to Zendesk?

No problem! Our phone number is 866.534.6744. When you call, you will be connected with our receptionist who will connect you with the appropriate member of our team.
